Feel Better : Back’
Prevent, relieve & free yourself from back pain.

There are many causes of back pain and I am not proposing to ‘heal you’ but I’m confident I can help you feel more comfortable and confident in your every day movements.

Combining Pilates, Alexander Technique and my own observations from 25 years of working with ‘the body’ I offer exercises, stretches and movements which may help relieve and manage your back pain, reduce stress and tension, lessen headaches and, essentially help you feel better.

Feel Better : Sciatica Relief’
Prevent, relieve & free yourself from back pain.

Sciatica is a symptom of an issue or medical problem whereby the sciatic nerve is irritated or compressed, for example by a bulging or ‘slipped’ disc. The sciatic nerve is very looooong therefore presents plenty of opportunity for problems! In my workshop you will learn a comprehensive series of stretches, strengthening exercises and management techniques.
I am not proposing to ‘heal you’ but I’m confident I can help you feel more comfortable and confident in your every day movements and, essentially help you feel better.

3-in-1 Workshop
Fab Abs, Lovely Legs & Glorious Glutes!

Pilates based exercises to specifically target some favourite areas. With regular practise of these exercises, feel leaner, perkier and, most importantly feel better.

Note: No, you don’t have to attend actually in the buff and yes, the question has been asked!!

All workshops are suitable for those with most conditions. Each participant will complete a health screening form which will be discussed prior to the workshop.
