“Very clear and kind teaching style”

“Zoe combines incredible technical knowledge with a very clear and kind teaching style. What impresses me the most is how she’s able to adapt the class to every individual, knowing when to encourage people to go further or providing alternatives to those with injuries or who are pregnant. This gives the sense of 1-to-1, personal tuition even when in a full class! And to top it off, she has a great sense of humour and brings real joy to every class. The Wednesday night class I attend is the highlight of my week”

She is an excellent and attentive teacher and I have really benefitted from her expertise. My core strength and overall flexibility has improved greatly and Pilates has certainly helped with various muscular problems I have had in my hip and shoulder. Zoe makes us work hard but the sessions are fun and the ten minute relaxation at the end lying under a cosy blanket and lavender scented eye pillow is always a welcome treat”

“Zoe's classes are simply put - brilliant! Zoe is a passionate and caring instructor with tons of knowledge in her field. Her classes are well structured and taught (she explains clearly and never gets annoyed if asked to repeat herself) allowing you to follow her easily. She would always adjust the exercises for people with injuries or traumas.
I have been going to Zoe's classes for about 2 years now and I must say that I feel recharged and energised after every session. I would recommend Zoe's classes especially if you suffer from muscle fatigue from the gym! I cannot speak highly enough of Zoe and her pilates classes!”

Zoe is a fantastic Pilates teacher who cares about doing a great job. What I really like about her sessions is the clear & precise guidance Zoe gives to ensure we all get the most out of her time with us. Pilates compliments other fitness activities I enjoy (cycling, running, personal training & hula hooping) & has also led me to feel strong enough to start yoga too.
Zoe has continued to teach us during the Covid19 lock-down, her classes have worked really well at home because minimal space is needed & they’re the perfect antidote to a day sat working at a PC.

“Pilates with Zoe is a thorough workout, whether you are a total beginner or a fully fledged expert (while taking into account any mobility or injury issues you may have). I have certainly noticed the difference in myself, I feel stronger and straighter! Zoe is a fantastic instructor, she is super knowledgeable, encouraging and patient and there are always giggles! Always look forward to my Wednesday evening class. Thank you Zoe! As an older man coming to Pilates for the first time Zoe made me feel welcome and included from the outset.
